Returns for damage or error
Always check the order at the time of delivery, in the event that the item you purchased has been delivered or defective in manufacturing. You must do this as soon as possible, for faster resolution of the problem, you should contact the company and request the collection of the article and return the correct, within a maximum of 24 to 48 hours after receipt of the merchandise, so that we can detect the source of the failure.
Once you obtain the authorization, you will be asked to collect, place the item properly packed for delivery to the carrier
After our consideration, and if nothing exists to the contrary, a new article will be sent to you for the proper substitution. In extraordinary circumstances, and always with your consent, SKPro may send you a substitute item of quality and characteristics equal to or greater than the returned item
Before placing an order check all the details and specifications of the product to make sure that is exactly what you want.
Keep in mind that the moment you place an order online you are entering into a contract governed by the current legislation on e-commerce and that the cancellation of orders after confirmation and shipment imply still the purchase commitment, the issuance of an invoice and consequently the refusal to receive the order at this stage, implies the debt of its value to the company, whether it has received it or not, provided that SKPro fulfills its part of the contract.
If you confirm the order and then regret the purchase, you can always return it within the next 14 days, the cost of shipping and returning it to the customer's charge.
In case of return of articles, they should be sent to the address provided within 14 days from the date of receipt
It is essential that the returned items, and their original packaging, are in the new state, accompanied by their respective sales receipt or invoice.
Items that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, negligence or disrespect of the manufacturer's instructions will not be replaced.
If the article is in perfect condition, but still intend to exchange it or return it because you have been wrong in choosing or the product is not what you want, this is perfectly possible only within 14 days of receipt of the material under the following conditions :
• The item must be returned in the original packaging with all manuals and extras with which it was delivered, with no signs of use or opening / damage of product packaging.
• The item will have to be returned without any use mark;
• The costs of collecting the article and possibly sending a new article (in the case of exchange) are the responsibility of the client. In this case, the amount paid will be in credit on your form after receipt of the article, we do not make returns in cash, with deduction of the cost of shipping and collection, unless the customer prefers to return the material in our installations, and there is no deduction of the value of collection of the equipment.
Whenever for any reason, the customer wishes to return the products ordered must make the communication in writing to the address of our headquarters or by email and obtain approval for such.
