WARRANTIES

In the event that any of our articles proves to be defective due to manufacturing problems, the user may trigger the warranty requesting repair. The customer must prepare and send the article and send the respective proof of purchase, so that it can be duly repaired under the terms of the warranty. We guarantee the 1 year warranty for professional use (except dryers that have a 6-month warranty). The repair period can be from 10 to 30 days.

 

WARRANTY OF ARTICLES

 The gara conditions for the warranty period, handling, use and storage are the responsibility of the manufacturer, and only defined by the manufacturer.

Assistance under warranty for items sold by SKPro may only be provided by SKpro technical support or by a technical partner designated by SKPro or by the manufacturer's warranty conditions.

The User shall, unless SKPro specifies otherwise in writing, be responsible for the costs of transportation, telephone, administration, etc ... that may arise during the warranty period. All repairs within the warranty period will be free of labor charges.

SKPro reserves the right to invalidate the warranty in the following cases:

 • Any damage resulting from accidental damage or neglect is identified;

• Any unrecovered maintenance, upgrade or repair is verified on our installations or by our technical services;

• There has been use of consumables, not suitable or recommended by either the manufacturer or SKPro.

The non-compliance implies the total loss of the warranty. The warranty is only activated in the presence of an invoice or proof of purchase.
