We reserve the right to change, without notice, prices, shipping, discounts, promotions, resale prices and protocol discounts can be changed without prior notice.

If the order includes products that have been sold out in stock, the customer will be notified and the approximate date of the stock is indicatedif it is not replaced again we suggest replacement or we accept the customer's withdrawal of the order. If the customer wishes to request a reservation of material ordered and whose stock sold out, SKPro accepts such reservation, however, there is no commitment of purchase by the customer, nor commitment of sale, on the part of SKPro, and at any time, either party may cancel the reservation, by any unforeseen event of any of the parties. Any reservation or pre-reservation does not constitute or bind a purchase, es not imply any payment or advance and is not binding on any sale. We consider as a reserve the possibility of acquiring the material if SKpro makes it available for sale, and the client, aware of this situation, may quit at any time from his reservation, except in situations of orders for articles by contract.

Orders can be made by phone, fax, email, in the physical store or online.

Orders placed online with payment by bank transfer are valid for 7 days. If after 7 days the transfer of the corresponding value is not carried out, we will consider the order canceled and a new order must be placed online.

The images on this site are for illustration purposes only. Colors and details of some products may vary according to the lot purchased.  Product colors (namely polish and make-up) may vary depending on the quality of the monitor. The information contained in the datasheets and product descriptions is based on the manuals supplied by the respective manufacturers and may change.

Despite the efforts of SKPro, Lda., Some products may be listed incorrectly, so we check the prices whenever we process the orders. If the price of the product is lower than the advertised price, we will refund the difference. If the price is higher, we will inform the Customer by email and we will wait for your decision to accept the new proposal or cancel the order.

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

1. In www.skpro.pt there are several types of promotional offers of price, in the form of percentage discounts on the sale price to the public:

a) Instant discounts
Instant Discounts are price discounts that apply for a period not previously determined, therefore, these promotions should only be considered valid while visible on the website in an updated page (cache or non-upgraded pages, may show discounts that are no longer in effect). The displayed discount is only guaranteed under these conditions and only after the order is duly registered.
To guarantee these discounts it is necessary that this product is added to the basket and “check out” with the promotion visible. In the case of deferred payments by ATM, SKPro guarantees the discount if it receives its payment within a maximum period of 7 days, counting from the date of “check-out”.

b) Campaign Discounts
Campaign Discounts are price discounts that have an effective date. These discounts represent a commitment during the advertised period, but always on condition that the order is terminated by the Customer, through the “check-out” and paid, until the end of that period.
To guarantee these discounts it is necessary that the product be added to the Shopping Car and that the “checkout” be finalized with the visible promotion. In the case of deferred payments by ATM, SKPro guarantees these discounts if they receive their payment within a maximum period of 7 days, counting from the date of the checkout.

c) Promotional Codes

Promotional Codes are alphanumeric codes that enable a campaign or discount, for a limited period of time, which may be a percentage, fixed value or offer product. These campaigns or discounts will only be valid when the promotional code is correctly entered in the field for the effect located in the Shopping Car and then clicking on "To apply". The offer or discount is then automatically activated. These codes are still in exclusive use for the online store www.skpro.pt, limited to one use per registered user and are not cumulative with other offers or discounts in force (unless otherwise stated)

2. Storing a product in the "Shopping List" does not guarantee the price or the discount of it.
